Equidistant from the Cathedral Cities of Winchester and Salisbury and the MAGNA CARTA, within easy reach of Stonehenge and not far from Highclere Castle (of Downton Abbey fame), this is an ideal base for exploring many historic and beautiful places in Southern England, and is also a convenient stop-over for touring the West Country.

"We stayed overnight here last night as we were at a party nearby, Absolutely perfect ! Lovely rooms and en-suite shower rooms. Everything one could need, including a torch and hot water bottles ! Comfortable beds, super bed linen, soft bath towels. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast,what a shame it was just for one night !!"
